Ben Funkhouser

I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home and to hear the gospel from a young age. At the age of 5, I received Jesus as my personal Savior. I followed the Lord in believer’s baptism when I was 9 years old. When I was in high school I sensed the call of God on my life to serve in ministry. After graduating from high school I went to Bible college where I met my wife Holly. We were married in 2009 after I graduated from college. After college, I served part-time on the staff at Living Waters Fellowship in Des Moines. In 2015 my family and I moved to Winterset to become part of the newly formed Redeemer Church. In 2016 I became part-time staff at Redeemer Church. It is a joy and privilege to serve as the Director of Administration at Redeemer.
